HFX works are focused on history, but tend to be split between two distinct subtopics: ghost towns and maritime histories. The common theme between the two? That openness, isolation, and the ruined remains of great old stories. It's the desire to bring history back to life and preserve forgotten tales that motivates me to do the work that I do and my audience is drawn to that as well.
